Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, import duties, taxes, customs fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges are determined by the applicable destination authorities and are not controlled by ORAÉ.

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us at support@byorae.com as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may be unable to make changes.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@byorae.com as soon as possible.

For damaged or incomplete deliveries, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number and clear photos of the package and item where applicable.

For an order that appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so that we can assist with the delivery issue.
